The aim of this paper is to make a proposal for a new extension of the MULTIMOORA method extended to deal with bipolar fuzzy sets. Bipolar fuzzy sets are proposed as an extension of classical fuzzy sets in order to enable solving a particular class of decision-making problems. Unlike other extensions of the fuzzy set of theory, bipolar fuzzy sets introduce a positive membership function, which denotes the satisfaction degree of the element x to the property corresponding to the bipolar-valued (...) fuzzy set, and the negative membership function, which denotes the degree of the satisfaction of the element x to some implicit counter-property corresponding to the bipolar-valued fuzzy set. By using single-valued bipolar fuzzy numbers, the MULTIMOORA method can be more efficient for solving some specific problems whose solving requires assessment and prediction. Gathering the attitudes of the examined respondents would be very significant in some evaluation models. Therefore, a multiple criteria approach based on the use of the neutrosophic set is considered in this paper. An example of the evaluation of restaurants is considered at the end of this paper with the aim to present in detail the proposed approach.

A classification of commutative BCK-logics which is an analogon of Hosoi classification of intermediate logics is given in the paper.

We show that every BCK-algebra can be embeded into a WMV - algebra and prove the interpolation and amalgamation properties for WMV - algebras. In proofs Gentzen-method is used. For information on BCK- algebras the reader is referred to K. Iseki, S. Tanaka [2] while for Gentzen- method to G. Takeuti [7]. I would like to thank Prof. A. Wronski for raising the problem.

Šiame straipsnyje aptariamas vienas iš mokslinės pažangos aspektų, būtent konceptualinių priemonių pažangos atvejis, susijęs su momentinių dydžių skaičiavimo įvedimu aprašant netolygų kitimą. Parodomas šio konceptualinio žingsnio vaisingumas bei aptariami keli svarbūs mokslo istorijos epizodai, vedę prie naujojo skaičiavimo: daugiausia dėmesio skiriama Mertono koledžo filosofų ir Oresme'o naujovėms bei Newtono darbams, kuriuose jau sistemingai taikomas naujasis skaičiavimas. Be to, pabrėžiamas grafinių reprezentavimo priemonių efektyvumas gamtotyroje.

Global challenges have created problems for export companies due to the growing threats of the market environment, which requires such companies to adopt a survival strategy and apply appropriate strategic methods to successfully counteract emerging global challenges. The purpose of the article is to update knowledge on how global challenges affect the sustainability of export companies and how strategies adopted by companies counteract the negative impact of global challenges. The methodological basis for obtaining the results of the study was factual (...) analysis, logical and structural analysis, strategic analysis, analysis of cause and effect, and generalisation. The article critically analyses the existing theoretical concepts for explaining the impact of modern global challenges on export companies in order to reveal strategies for their survival in the face of uncertainty in the current market environment. Their further review revealed critical global challenges for export companies, which were classified according to the signs of their typification. Namely basic elements, sources of formation, thematic areas of influence, duration of influence, degree of implementation and nature of influence. The application of a strategic analysis of global challenges of export companies by thematic areas revealed possible causes of their emergence and consequences of their impact on the activities of export companies. In particular, it was found that export companies have the potential for negative impact of political and economic challenges, positive impact of technological and socio-cultural challenges, as well as neutral potential for legal and environmental challenges. The author proposes strategies for the survival of export companies under the influence of modern challenges, which should be focused on to obtain results that will ensure the sustainability of such companies in the future. The practical significance of the results lies in the fact that the main scientific provisions have been brought to the level of recommendations that can be used by managers of export companies to clarify the problems and promising areas of development of export activities. The purpose of the study is to reveal the relationship between the justification of strategic decisions and the increase in efficiency of transnational corporations (TNC). The conceptual bases of the justification of strategic decisions for increasing the efficiency of TNC are suggested, the development of which involves research of the preconditions on which their implementation is based, analysis of the main aspects of TNC's activity and accordance with the principles of justification of strategic decisions, strategic decision-making. The results of the (...) comprehensive diagnostic examination of TNC of leading bearings manufacturers are presented, which revealed the problems of their functioning on the market, changes in the dynamics of performance indicators, differences in the use of opportunities, financial state, strategic positions on the market, the efficiency of made decisions. A model for selecting a decision strategy for TNC is suggested. Practical recommendations of implementing strategic decisions for increasing the efficiency of activity of TNC of leading bearings manufacturers are given. (shrink)

This research aims at establishing the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on e-commerce development of industrial enterprises by means of economic and mathematical modelling. The goal was achieved using the following methods: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis (to critically analyse the scientific approaches of scientists regarding the expediency of using mathematical models in the context of enterprises’ e-commerce development), target, comparison and grouping (to reveal innovative methodological approach to assessing ICT impact on e-commerce development of industrial enterprises), tabular, (...) analytical and integral method (for summarizing the analysis results of enterprises readiness to implement ICT, ICT use in the activities of industrial enterprises of Ukraine and the analysis of e-commerce development), mathematical modelling (to build a regression model determining impact of changes in ICT use on the market share occupied by industrial enterprises), generalization (to determine promising directions of e-commerce developing of industrial enterprises). The implementation of a comprehensive approach to understanding the importance of ICT influence on e-commerce development of industrial enterprises will ensure acceleration of the digitalization of business processes, will contribute to the speed increase of enterprises response to customer requests, and increase the market share occupied by enterprises. A new vision of directions for developing e-commerce of industrial enterprises is suggested, which are determined by the need for enterprise rebranding, the development of e-commerce tools and technologies, the importance of outsourcing service automation and promotion of subscription trade. ICT is considered as integration factor that determines prospects for e-commerce development of industrial enterprises and contributes to increasing efficiency of online business management. Research results demonstrate that the use of economic and mathematical modelling is an important tool for assessing ICT impact, and its absence can negatively affect the accuracy and validity of online business management. In the present article two philosophical traditions are compared: empiricism of Edmund Burke and transcendental philosophy of Immanuel Kant. In this way different consequences of the basic presumptions underlying the aesthetic theories can be easily found. The aim of the article is to stress the differences. More specifically the different questions to which both philosophers sought proper answers are pointed: Burke’s question of the objective qualities causing the experience of beauty and sublimity and Kantian problem of possibility of the purely aesthetical judgment. Also the difference of the concept of taste is examined. Finally the Burke’s aesthetics is criticised on the grounds of Kant’s concept of the reflexive power of judgment. (shrink)

Heideggersche erste Bewegungen in Richtung auf die Funda?mentalontologie lassen sich in seinen Vorlesungen der fr?hen 20er Jahren beobachten. Heidegger versucht darin, sich von dem Logizismus der Husserlschen Bewusstseinsphilosophie zu emanzipieren, indem er ein Konzept der Urwissenschaft entwirft. Die Urwis?senschaft soll bei der vortheoretischen Erfahrung, d. h. bei den vorreflexiven Erlebnissen ansetzen. Sie hat der entlebenden Tendenz der theoretischen Einstellung zum Erlebnis?strom entgegenzuwirken und somit die Voraussetzungen daf?r zu schaffen, eine Viel?falt der lebendigen Erfahrungsweisen zum ausdr?cklichen Verstehen zu bringen. Somit kn?pft (...) die Urwissenschaft an das Programm der Ph?nomenologie von Edmund Husserl, modifiziert es aber entscheidend, indem es aus der Sph?re des Bewusstseins in jene des lebendigen Erlebnisstroms verlegt. Hajdegerovi prvi pomaci u pravcu fundamentalne ontologije mogu se posmatrati u njegovim predavanjima iz dvadesetih godina proslog veka. U njima Hajdeger pokusava da se emancipuje od logicizma Huserlove filozofije svesti tako sto razvija projekat pranauke. Ona treba da krene od predteoretskog iskustva, tj. predrefleksivnih dozivljaja. Pranauka treba da deluje nasuprot obezivotljavajucoj tendenciji teoretskog stava spram toka dozivljaja te tako stvori pretpostavke za izricito razumevanje visestrukosti zivotnih nacina iskustva. Pranauka se time nadovezuje na program fenomenologije Edmunda Huserla, ali ga modifikuje na odlucujuci nacin tako sto ga premesta iz sfere svesti u sferu zivotnog toka dozivljaja. (shrink)
